These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kindlykeptcleaning.com and the residential cleaning services provided by Kindly Kept Cleaning ("Kindly Kept," "we," "us"), operated by KINDLYKEPTCLEANING LLC. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.
Kindly Kept provides residential cleaning services, including standard, deep, and move-in/move-out cleaning, in Katy, Texas and surrounding West Houston areas. Service details, inclusions, and any add-ons are confirmed with you before your appointment.
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the information you give us about your home's size, condition, and requested services. Your flat rate is confirmed before booking. If the condition or scope of the home on arrival differs materially from what was described, we may discuss an adjusted price with you before proceeding.
Appointment times, rescheduling, and cancellation terms are confirmed with you at booking. We ask that you provide reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another client. You are responsible for providing safe access to the home at the scheduled time.
Please secure valuables, irreplaceable items, and firearms before your cleaning, and let us know in advance about pets, alarm systems, fragile items, or areas you'd like us to avoid. We are happy to work around your preferences when we know them ahead of time.
If something doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will work with you to make it right. Concerns raised promptly are much easier for us to address.
We take great care in your home. In the event of damage caused by our team, notify us within 24 hours so we can investigate and resolve it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or items that were damaged, unstable, or improperly installed before our visit.
The content on this website — text, design, logos, and images — belongs to KINDLYKEPTCLEANING LLC and may not be copied or used commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or submit false information through our forms.
By submitting our quote form or opting in to text messages, you agree to be contacted about your request by phone, email, or text. Message frequency varies based on your bookings and interactions with us, and message & data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text, or reply HELP for assistance.
