Subscriptions & Recurring Services
Recurring service plans automatically continue until cancellation.
To cancel or reschedule recurring services, we require at least 24 business hours notice Monday–Friday between 7:00 AM–11:00 PM CST.
No cancellation or rescheduling fees apply when proper notice is provided.
Refund Policy
Refunds for Services:
Kindly Kept Cleaning does not offer refunds once services have been completed.
If concerns arise regarding service quality, customers should contact us within 24 hours of completion so we can review and attempt to resolve the issue.
Limitation of Liability
Kindly Kept Cleaning LLC, including its owners, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates, shall not be liable for damages, losses, claims, or expenses resulting from use of the Site or services beyond what is required under applicable law.
